We are seeking  a superstar Spa Manager to help Orange Poppy Spa grow. Job responsibilities include managing day-to-issues as they arise, being the glue that holds the people, processes and systems together. Anticipating how decisions or situations will ripple across the team and guest experience. Creating systems and removing obstacles so service flow seems effortless. Acting as “coxswain” keeping the ship on course, maintaining a steady cadence and freeing the owner to focus on visionary activities. Embodying Orange Poppy’s values and holding all team members accountable to the values and vision. Making sure we have a dedicated staff that feels appreciated. Acting as a servant leader (cleaning the bathroom better than anyone else) and holding others accountable with the utmost respect. Being a forward thinking, problem solver who never stops learning.
