Thank you for visiting ORANGE POPPY SPA. 

We are thrilled that you have made the decision to live from a place of overflowing confidence, energy and love by prioritizing yourself. 

Here are some Pro Tips to help you feel more relaxed when you visit us. Please do not hesitate to call or text if you have any questions.

Scheduling

You may schedule your appointment online, over the phone or in person. 

You will receive an email and/or text (your preference) appointment notification when you book.

Prior to your scheduled appointment you will get an appointment confirmation (72-hours ahead by email and 48-hours ahead by text.) Make sure you hit the confirmation button so we know to expect you and don’t have to bother you with a follow-up phone call. 

Out of respect for everyone’s time, we require a deposit of 50% of the service price at the time of booking.

Your Visit

We ask that you be right on time for your appointment. Our ability to get you the results you want and to give you the undivided attention you deserve only work if everyone is punctual.  

And please plan to leave kiddos or any extra people at home — this is your time.

Parking

Parking is conveniently located in the lots in front of Ideal Market and Moe’s Broadway Bagels. The two-hour time limit is strictly enforced in the lot in front of Ideal Market. The entrance to Orange Poppy Spa is on Alpine Ave - directly across the street from Ideal Market. 

When you Arrive

A member of our front desk team will welcome you and get you settled in. Please allow a few minutes to complete a quick intake form so we can get to know you better.

Staying In Touch

We like to celebrate birthdays, keep you up-to-date on promotions and are required to have guest information for contact tracing. Therefore we do ask that you complete our new guest form at your first appointment. We typically send one e-newsletter per month and rest assured we will never share or sell your information. We value your loyalty and want to keep you all to ourselves.

We have individual bottles of water, snack packets, and of course chocolate available, please do not hesitate to ask for anything you need. 

Make Yourself a Priority

We highly recommend you schedule your next appointment before leaving the spa. If you’re like most of our valued guests, you lead a rich, full life and too often you put the needs of others ahead of your personal care. Trust us, your friends and family will appreciate the added care and confidence you will have to share once your personal care needs are met. Plus you get 50 bonus loyalty points for planning ahead!

What you do Everyday

While we have been called miracle workers we don’t really have magic wands. Our expert team of professionals can work wonders at your service but in order to best maintain your look, what you do everyday matters as much (or sometimes more) than your service. We are ingredient nerds and only carry professional, eco-friendly products that work. We are here to educate you, help you achieve your desired results and get you the best value for your investment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 36-hours notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit or incurring a 50% fee. 

To make things super easy for you, you may cancel online, by replying to your text confirmation or by giving us a call. 

We understand that life can be unpredictable and we definitely don’t want to expose anyone to illness. Which is why you will be given 1 “Get Out of Jail Free” card that can be used to excuse a late cancelation or no-show fee after your first visit. You only get one so use it wisely. 

Service Redo & Retail Return Policy

Retail Products: Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges for spa credit 90-days from your initial purchase as long as the item is at least half-full.

Services: We want you to look and feel your best. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your service, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
